Terms and Conditions

  1. This 'Trivia Game Service' (The Service) is provided by TMG.
  2. These terms and conditions are applicable on all services provided by TMG, P.O. Box 76253, The Netherlands. Helpline: 0775-700-130.
  3. The Service is open to Swedish residents over the age of 18 years or with parental approval. Employees and agents of TMG and Netsize and their immediate families are not permitted to enter the Service.
  4. By entering the activation PIN code into the text field on the banner or by responding to us with an SMS to confirm sign up through our website, customers are agreeing to subscribe. 
  5. The cost of receiving a question from the trivia game service is 15.00kr including tax.
  6. The Service consists of eight questions per month.
  7. Subscribers who registered for the Service will be sent an announcement for new monthly rounds every first Monday of the month. The quiz for the monthly prizes consist of 8 skill-based questions; every Monday and Friday the subscriber will be sent a multiple choice question (7 in total), the 8th question is an open-ended question (sent at the end of the month). The winner will be determined as the individual who sends in the fastest and most correct answer.
  8. When joining the subscriber can win monthly prizes. Prizes are indicated in a text message sent out each month.
  9. TMG may need to send another message to contact the winner. This message will be free of charge.
  10. If there is a deadline by which an answer must be received, this will be mentioned in the question that is sent via SMS.
  11. There is no restriction on the number of times you may enter the quiz.
  12. The determination of the winner by TMG will be final. Entrants will have no right of appeal. The contest is open to Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish residents.
  13. Winners will be contacted. Prizes not claimed before the given deadline will be forfeited. These prizes will be allocated to the participant in second place. The winners of the Service are announced on the website.
  14. If for some reason it is not possible to supply the prize as advertised, TMG will supply a substitutable item of equal or greater value.
  15. The prize is awarded within 60 days of the closing date for the quiz.
  16. You can opt out of the Service at any time. To do so, send a text message stating "stop followed by keyword" (e.g: stop smart) to 72727 or call 0775-700-130 or send an e-mail to info.se@skill2thrill.com stating you wish to opt-out (do not forget to include your mobile number!).
  17. There are no other obligations, such as an obligation to purchase goods or services, connected to participation in the Service.
  18. The Service will collect personal information about entrants for the purposes of conducting the Service and awarding the prizes. Data may be passed to Swedish mobile operators upon their request. The Service will act in accordance with the Swedish Privacy legislation, amongst the Ethical rules for Premium rate Call Services (March 9, 2004, Stockholm) Under the conditions set forth in the Swedish privacy legislation, you have the right to have access to most of the information the Service holds about you. 
  19. This service will be automatically cancelled when the total accumulated amount reaches 1200 SEK.
  20. If the Service is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including, but not limited to (the threat of) fraud, a state of emergency, natural disaster, war, technical failures or any other causes) TMG reserves the right to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Service, without being liable for any possible damage that occurs as a result thereof. 
  21. You release and agree to keep TMG indemnified from any claim, cost, demand, tax, liability or damage suffered or incurred by TMG or its directors, employees or agents, arising out of entry into the Service.
  22. TMG is not responsible for any technical error that may occur during the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission or failure of any telephone, mobile or satellite network.
  23. TMG is not responsible for any lost, late or incomprehensible entries in the quiz.
  24. TMG is not responsible for any tax implications that may arise from winning a prize in the quiz. You should seek independent financial advice about such matters.
  25. TMG may at any time update, limit, extend or revise these terms and conditions. Therefore, it is important and you agree to periodically check these terms and conditions.
  26. Together with the other terms, sent by SMS and provided on this website, these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and TMG.
